Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Moorview Avenue, Shipley Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works to be executed on or near Moorview Avenue, Shipley has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Moorview Avenue, Shipley from its junction with Bingley Road to its junction with Aire View Avenue.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Moorview Avenue (unaffected section), Aire View Avenue, Kirkgate and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect at 09:30 on the 22nd March 2022 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 24th March 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
