Northumberland County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) U5010 Green Rigg To Sweethope Loughs Ridsdale (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U5010 Green Rigg To Sweethope Loughs Ridsdale from its junction with A68 heading east for a distance of 5400 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 1 st April 2022 until the 13th October 2022. It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 12th April 2022 until the 13th April 2022 between the hours of 07:30 and 16:30 during this period.

The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the A68, B6342, B6342, A696, C195.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carry out carriageway patching, drainage repairs, surface dressing, white lining and road suds.
