(Kelly Close, Consett) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 11/3/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 80 metres of Kelly Close, Consett from the junction of St. Mary's Street, to the rear of number 12 Kelly Close to enable building works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to pedestrian traffic via the pedestrian footpath to the front of Hillfield. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 22/3/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 6 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
