NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION


Proposed development on land south and east of Great Burstead, Billericay, Essex.
I give notice that Enso Green Holdings J Limited is applying to Rochford District Council for planning permission for the installation of a solar farm and battery storage facility with associated infrastructure.


Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council at Rochford District Council, Council Offices, South Street, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1BW within 21 days of the date of this notice.
