(Hett Mill Level Crossing, Hett) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 11/3/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 20 metres of unclassified road 27.2 across Hett Mill level crossing, east of Hett Village to enable rail track drainage works to be undertaken. There is no alternative route available to vehicular traffic. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 19/3/22 from 10.30pm to 9am nightly and are anticipated to be completed over 2 Saturday nights. On occasions, alternative dates lor closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
