Northumberland County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) Parish Of Warden Public Footpath Number 16 (Temporary Public Footpath Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council has made an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on the Parish of Warden Public Footpath No 16 for the length outlined below, in the County of Northumberland.

The length of Public Footpath No 16 which is affected is as follows:-
Parish of Warden Public Footpath No 16

From a point 20 metres north of No 1 Bridge End Cottages, Warden, in a southerly direction, for a distance of 40 metres, then in a general easterly direction, for a distance of 715 metres, to a point 455 metres east of No 12 West Boat, Warden.

The Order is to be effective from the 18th March 2022 until 31st March 2022.

The closure has been requested by The Environment Agency to facilitate works to reinstate the surface of the public right of way to a condition agreed with Northumberland County Council prior to any excavation works being undertaken.
