ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") proposes to make the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which if they come into force will amend and introduce electric vehicle charging bays in the parts of the roads identified:-

BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. * 202* (REF: TRO-9A-2022)
Zone A
- Hampstead Road & Reigate Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

- Robertson Road & Wincombe Road - Amend the Electric Vehicle bays to a timed Electric Vehicle bays

Zone C
- St James's Avenue & Upper Rock Gardens - Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm & Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide an Electric Vehicle Charging bays

Zone F
- Gordon Road, Loder Road, Lowther Road & Sandgate Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm & Shared Permit/ Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

Zone H
- Chesham Street - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bay

- Arundel Road & Portland Place - Amend the Electric Vehicle bays to a timed Electric Vehicle bays

Zone I
- Queensway - Amend the Electric Vehicle bay to a timed Electric Vehicle bay

Zone J
- Cleveland Road & Edburton Avenue - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

- Mayo Road - Amend the Electric Vehicle bay to a timed Electric Vehicle bay

Zone L
- Erroll Road & Worcester Villas - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday, 11 am - Noon & 6 - 7 pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

Zone M
- Holland Road - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide an Electric Vehicle Charging bay

- Adelaide Crescent South & Lansdowne Place -Amend the Electric Vehicle bays to a timed Electric Vehicle bays

Zone N
- Hova Villas, Salisbury Road & Second Avenue -Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm & Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

- Eaton Road & Tisbury Road - Amend the Electric Vehicle bays to a timed Electric Vehicle bays

Zone O
- Addison Road, Glendale Road, Holland Road & Lyndhurst Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Saturday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

Zone P
- Woodruff Avenue - Amend Permit Parking Places M Monday to Friday - 9am to 10am and 1pm to 2pm to provide an Electric Vehicle Charging bay

Zone Q
- Dyke Road Drive - Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide an Electric Vehicle Charging bay

Zone R
- Byron Street, Cowper Street, Montgomery Street, Sackville Gardens, Tamworth Road & Walsingham Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm & Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

- Princes Avenue & Stoneham Road - Amend the Electric Vehicle bays to a timed Electric Vehicle bays

Zone S
- St Helen's Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Friday, 11 am - Noon & 6 - 7 pm to provide an Electric Vehicle Charging bay

Zone V
- Carlyle Street, Hampden Road & Southover Street - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

Zone Y
- Powis Road & Victoria Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

Zone Z
- Norfolk Terrace, Regency Square, Russell Square & Sillwood Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm & Shared Permit/ Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm to provide Electric Vehicle Charging bays

- Kings Road - Amend the Electric Vehicle bay to a timed Electric Vehicle bay

BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. * 202* (REF: TRO-9B-2022)

- Hollingbury Rise - Will change the Electric Vehicle bay to a timed Electric Vehicle bay

- Orchard Road - Will change the Electric Vehicle bay to a timed Electric Vehicle bay

A copy of this Notice, the proposed Orders, plans showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be seen online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/current-tros.
All objections and other representations relating to the proposed Orders must be made in writing and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should be sent to the Executive Director Economy, Environment & Culture, Brighton & Hove City Council Parking Infrastructure, Room G40, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road Hove, BN3 3BQ quoting the TRO reference number shown above or by e-mail to TROcomment@brighton-hove.gov.uk or online (see details above) no later than 8th April 2022.
