NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development on land south and east of Great Burstead, Billericay, Essex.
I give notice that Enso Green Holdings J Limited is applying to Basildon Council for planning permission for the installation of a solar farm and battery storage facility with associated infrastructure.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council at Basildon Council, The Basildon Centre, St. Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL within 21 days of the date of this notice.

** 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land. This notice is for publication in a local newspaper, the Basildon Canvey Southend Echo, as Certificate C is completed.
