ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 9 2022 (REF: TRO-32-2021)

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') has on 9 March 2022 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 19 March 2022 will make the following changes:
Queens Gardens - (just west of First Avenue) relocate motorcycle bay from north side of the road to south side and install a new disabled persons parking place (at any time) on north side of road.
Brunswick Terrace - Three new disabled persons parking places; west of Lansdowne Place, west of Western Street and just west of eastern arm of Brunswick Square and make changes to existing waiting and parking restrictions to accommodate the new bays (all disabled bays at any time).
Regency Square - install a new disabled persons parking place on east side of eastern arm near the junction with King's Road (at any time).

A copy of this Notice, the Order as made and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/current-tros .
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
