Notice of Application for a Premises Licence. Leisure Department, Wiltshire Council is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Olympiad Leisure Centre, Sadlers Mead, Monkton Park, Chippenham SN15 3PA.
The licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Provision of Plays, Films, Indoor sporting events, Boxing or wrestling, Live Music, Recorded music, Performance of Dance, anything similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of Dance, Sale of alcohol (On Sales), late night refreshment
Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 11:00pm Friday and Saturday 7:00am - 01:00am Sunday 7:00am - 11:59pm

Any representations by a Responsible Authority/Interested Party or Other persons must be made in writing by 7th April 2022 by email to

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
