NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Address of Premises: Camden, 4-6 Bournemouth Road, Poole, BHI4 0ES.
Notice is hereby given that an application for the variation of a premises licence has been made to BCP Council to permit the following licensable activities: Live Music and Recorded Music - Sundays to Thursdays 12.00-24.00. Fridays and Saturdays 12.00-02.00 (Christmas Eve and Bank Holiday Sundays from 12 noon to 02.-00; New Year's Eve from 12 noon to 03:00).

The full application and licensing register can be inspected at BCP Council Offices, The Licensing Team,Town Hall Annex, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA during normal office hours or online at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to mate representations must submit them in writing to the Local Authority clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than 8th April 2022.
It is an offence liable on convict­ion to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in conn­ection with this application.
