Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council intends to make the Public Footpath Zk23, Ross On Wye (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 5937 2347 to SO 5949 2358. The closure is required while a housing development takes place. The alternative route is via Hawthorne Lane, Archenfield Road and Middleton Avenue. Queries may be directed to 01432 261800. The Order comes into operation on 28 March 2022 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
