Publication of the Ashford Hill with Headley Neighbourhood Plan
The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) (Regulation 16)

Ashford Hill with Headley Parish Council as the qualifying body has prepared a neighbourhood development plan, entitled Ashford Hill with Headley Neighbourhood Development Plan 2022-2029, for their parish with the help of the local community. The neighbourhood plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is satisfied that the submitted Ashford Hill with Headley Neighbourhood Plan complies with the relevant legal requirements and can therefore proceed to formal consultation and independent examination.
In accordance with the Regulations, the Borough Council is required to publicise the Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents and invite comments.
Copies of the Ashford Hill with Headley Neighbourhood Plan, Consultation Statement, Basic Conditions Statement, and Strategic Environment Assessment report and decision notice are available to view on the borough council's website: www.basingstoke.gov.uk/AHHNP.

The period for submission of representations will run from Monday 14 March until Tuesday 3 May 2022. Representations should arrive no later than 4.00pm on 3 May 2022. All representations received will be available to view publicly.
