(Benson And Ewelme Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that on 14 March 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 25 March introduces a 20mph speed limit replacing the 30mph limit in Ewelme village - leading outwards to the following points:

1. Cat Lane - 29 metres northeast of its junction with Britwell Road,

2. Days Lane - 166 metres south of its junction with High Street,

3. High Street - a) its junction with Eyres Lane & Green Lane at the northern end, and b) 31 metres southeast of its junction with Parsons Lane at the southern end.

The 30mph speed limit remains on: Benson Road, Cottesmore Lane, Eyres Close, Eyres Lane, and Green Lane. The Oxfordshire County Council (Benson and Ewelme Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2018 is revoked/replaced.
