I, Jason Yean, hereby give notice that I have applied for a premises licence, acknowledged by Licencing Services on 14/03/2022 in respect of Tasty Peninsula, Unit 5, The Good Sheds, 1 Hood Road, Barry, CF62 5BE The licence is to all the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of Wednesdays 17:00-21:00 Thursdays 17:00-21:00 Fridays 12:00-21:00 Saturdays 12:00-21:00 Sundays 12:00-18:00 The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Shared Regulatory Services, Civic Offices, Holton Rd, Barry, CF63 4RU during normal office hours or at www.srs.wales. Click on Licensing, Vale of Glamorgan, then public register.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 10th April 2022 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5000.
