Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that SmartHub Logistics Ltd have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Havering for a premises licence to permit the following;
The sale of alcohol off the premises for delivery purposes only Monday to Sunday 0600-0000. For the premises situated at Unit 6 Segno Industrial Park, Consul Avenue, Rainham, RM13 8HY

Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority can be made to; The Licensing Team, London Borough of Havering c/o Town Hall, Main Road, RM1 3BD www.havering.gov.uk. Such representations must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@havering.gov.uk by 07/04/2022 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in. relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence liable on motion to a file up to £5000 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
