Notice is hereby given that the Harwich Dock Company Limited intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation of the Harwich Dock Company Limited Byelaws made on 28 November 2013.

A copy of the byelaws may be inspected free of charge at Harwich Dock Company Limited, Navyard, Kings Quay Street, Harwich, Essex, C012 3JJ between 10:00 and 14:00 Monday to Friday until 2 January 2014.

Copies of the byelaws may be obtained from these offices, by personal application, by telephoning (01255) 245200 or by post.

Any person wishing to make an objection to or representation about the confirmation of the byelaws may write to: Department for Transport, Maritime Commerce and Infrastructure, Zone 2/29, Great Minster House, 33 Horseferry Road, London, SW1P 4DR (or by e-mail to: Ports@dft.gsi.gov.uk) and stating the grounds of objection or representation on or before 14 January 2014.
Responses may be shared or made public.
