Take notice that Mark Salisbury T/A Mrs Salisburys In The Park of Promenade Park, Park Drive, Maldon, Essex CM9 5JQ have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of the following:
To serve a limited alcohol menu in our new kiosk next door to the existing. Proposed Licensable Activity will consist of: Supply of Alcohol, Live Music & Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 0900hrs to 2300hrs With opening hours of 0900hrs to 2300hrs Monday to Sunday.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 04 April 2021.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
