Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Rams Head Church Lane Grappenhall Warrington WA4 3EP for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to amend the permission for me sale of alcohol as follows:- Monday to Wednesday from 08:00h until 23:00h (current permission I l:00h until 23:00h). Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 08;00h until OhOOh the following morning (current permission I l:00h until fXKHJh). Sunday from 08:00h until 22:30h (current permission I2:00h until 22:30h). For Thursday, Friday and Saturday to maintain 30 minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol.To extend the terminal hour for recorded music and late night refreshment until 0l:00h the following morning on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday (current terminal hour 00:00h)?To add the following condition:-There will be no new entry to the premises from midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.To amend condition 2 under Annex 3 under the Prevention of Public Nuisance, so that it now reads as follows:- Use by customers of the outside decking area shall cease at 2130 each evening Sunday to Wednesday and at 23.30 each evening on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. All otiier permitted hours, activities and conditions, are to remain unchanged.
