An application for a New Premises Licence has been made by Leigh Film Society CIO for the premises known as / situated at Spinners Mill Commmunity Cinema Floor 4 Spinners Mill, Park Lane , Leigh , WN7 2LB

The application seeks toLicensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities: Regulated Entertainment : Monday Saturday 10:00 to 23:00. Sunday :10:00 to 22:00 Supply of Alcohol (On the Premises Only): Monday 1200 to 22:30 , Sunday : 12:00 to 21:30 Hours of Opening Monday Saturday :10:00 to 23:00 , Sunday:10:00 to 22:00. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 06/04/2022. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
