Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application

Mrs T Foster for Capenhurst Sports Field, Capenhurst CH1 6HE for 28/05/22 between the hours of 1200 and 2300. An application has been made for the grant of a premises licence to allow the licensable activities Sale of alcohol on the premises and Provision of regulated entertainment I.e live music to take place.

A copy of the grant of the licence is available for inspection at Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE. The application can be viewed during opening hours. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing no later than 6th April 2022.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
