Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having a claim or an interest in the estate of Ursula Ingeborg Bezant late of 45, Sunningdale Court, Gordon Place, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 1NP who died on the 6th November 2013, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executor of the said deceased within two months of the publication of this notice, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
