Notice is hereby given that DRAGON SLAYER DISTILLERY LIMITED has applied in respect of DRAGON SLAYER DISTILLERY LIMITED, SPA WELLS, LOW DINSDALE, DARLINGTON, DL2 1PL for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. For the Supply of Alcohol online during the following days/times - Monday 8:30am - 5pm Tuesday 8:30am - 5pm Wednesday 8:30am - 5pm Thursday 8:30am - 5pm Friday 8:30am - 5pm. Hours premises are open to the public: none. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the 7th of APRIL 2022 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
