Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Ham & Firkin Limited has applied to City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Ham & Firkin, Unit 1, 65-71 York Road, Acomb, York, YO24 4LN.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 23:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 22:30. The provision for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Thursday
23:00 to 23:30 and Friday & Saturday
23:00 to Midnight.
