Notice Of Application For A Variation Ofa Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewings Retailing Limited have applied to Dorset Council on I Oth March 2022 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Fox & Hounds, Fox Lane, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 2EF.To vary the licensing plan to include refurbishment of the internal trade area including alterations to the bar servery. Garden enhancement works including a new pergola in the rear garden to provide a covered dining area with new external bar servery for sale and consumption of alcohol. For full and further details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
