Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Variations of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 25/20/00031 (Change of use and conversion of existing wildlife rescue centre to a dwelling with new access, parking and associated gardens.) to amend the approved plans. Proposed alterations to amend layout previously approved by (25/20/00033). This application affects a listed building. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
