Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Nether Stowey Temporary Closure of Mill Lane and Lime Street

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Lime Street - from the junction with Cannington Road, south eastwards for a distance of 74 metres; and Mill Lane - from the junction with Lime street south westwards for a distance of 45 metres, for a total distance of 119 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out repair works. The Order becomes effective on 29th March 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 4th April 2022 and last until 6th April 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days. Please visit
