BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.8 2022 (TRO-1-2022)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') has on 2nd March 2022 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 14th March 2022 will introduce the following: 
- No loading at any time to cover build outs on Portland Road next to Coleman Avenue and Rutland Gardens.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
