LICENSING ACT 2003
An application for a variation to a premises licence has been submitted by Ventnor Rugby Club for premises situated at Whitwell Road, Whitwell, Ventnor, Isle of Wight, PO38 1LP.
The licence holder proposes to:
Extend the outside events allowance (outside or in a marquee) from 6 calendar days to 20 calendar days in any calendar year (non-standard timings)
Extend timings for live and/or recorded, late night refreshment and sale of alcohol until 1am when events take place either outside or in a marquee (non-standard timings).
Permit the hours that the premises are open to the public until 01:30 hours when events outside or in a marquee takes place (non-standard timings)
Extend the licensable area to encompass all of the Watcombe Bottom Site
Increase sale of alcohol and permit late night refreshment from 23.00 to 00.00 for Sun to Thurs.
Increase hours open to the public from 23:30 to 00:30 for Sun to Thurs
Remove Condition 13 within Annexe 2 conditions.
