LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that we The Three Links Club have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a New application for the grant of a full Premises Licence (the premises currently holds a Club Premises Certificate) FOR the Retail Sale of Alcohol (ON premises) Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 23:00, Friday/Saturday 11:00 to 00:00, Sundays 12:00 to 22:30 and Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 11:00 to 01:00. Recorded Music, Live Music and Similar Entertainment (Indoors) Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 23:00, Friday/Saturday 11:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 22:30. in respect of premises known as 26 Rectory Lane, Skipton, BD23 1ER. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by the 29 March 2022. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
