Premises Licence Application

The Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that we Pattersons Vintage Tea Rooms have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 43 Middle Street, Consett, DH8 5QP for a New Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities. Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 10.00-23.00 On sales only. The full application can be inspected at the Council's Offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm. A responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/ objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 25th March 2022 and sent to Durham County Council, Licensing Services Po Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence to knowlingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
