IN pursuant of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 Brighton & Hove City Council hereby give notice of their intention to grant a 15 year lease of an area of approximately 63 square metres of the beach (shown edged red on the plan available for inspection) to be a boat store/ safety station for Brighton Sailing Club.

are available at King's House Grand Avenue, Hove between 9.00 hours and 17.00 hours Monday to Friday inclusive.
