Premises Licence Application

Application has been made by Diamond Hotel Collection Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Leeds City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa at York Gate, Otley, Leeds, LS21 3NU. The application includes the following terms: 1. To allow permitted regulated entertainments to take place throughout the licensed area to a terminal hour of 02:00hrs daily. 2. To draw forward the commencement hour for regulated activities to 10:00hrs daily. 3. To remove historic PEL conditions which are not appropriate to the style of operation or location (as detailed in the application). 4. To include additional regulated activities as specified in the application. 5. To allow extended trading hours as specified in the application on New Years Eve and the morning British Summer Time is applied.
