Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that
We have an application under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for grant of a premises License by Vanessa Parkes for the premises known as Cafe de Paris by Didier, 1-3 Foster Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1EL
We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:30 (On and Off Premises)
Late night Refreshment: Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00 (Indoors)
Playing of Recorded Music: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00 (Indoors)

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence Is a fine not exceeding £5000.00_
