(A113 London Road, Lambourne and Chigwell) (30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following length of A113 London Road, Abridge, in the Parish of Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest:
Road Description
A113 London Road, Abridge, Lambourne
From the existing terminal (speed) signs which  are approximately 10 metres southwest of the centreline of the access road to the Abridge Park Homes, Caravan Park, southwest for a distance of approximately 77 metres (the road is currently 40mph)
'The Essex County Council (A113 London Road, Lambourne and Chigwell) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2010' is hereby revoked. Except for the length of road specified above, the restrictions contained within the revoked order will remain in place by virtue of the new order
Date of Operation: The Order will come into operation on 17 March 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Brook Road, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brook Road, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 25m west of its junction with Crossing Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th April 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30006420830 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Bower Hill, Station Road, High Street, High Road, Theydon Road (with access only to Ivy Chimneys, Bridge Hill, Brook Road) and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Dobbs Weir Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Dobbs Weir Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 50m southeast of its junction with Eldon Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a southeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Dobbs Weir Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 50m southeast of its junction with Eldon Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a southeasterly direction for the duration of the closure only
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th April 2022 for 13 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322781 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway construction works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Dobbs Weir Road, Essex Road, Charlton Way, Lampits, High Street, High Road, Station Road, New Nazeing Road, Nazeing New Road, Nazeing Road, Middle Street, Nazeing Common, Common Road, Epping Road, Tylers Road, Hamlet Hill, Sedge Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Hornbeam Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hornbeam Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Bury Road for a distance of approximately 210m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st March 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA140CHNGRNWP11 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while multiway duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. No diversion route available.
The Order will come into effect on 17th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway & Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.2) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of roads in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Algers Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Algers Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with The Avenue to its junction with Algers Close a distance of approximately 184m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd March 2022 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-FALLOUGHTN-1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance & track works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Lower Park Road, High Road (with access only to Algers Road) and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Birds Green, Willingale) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Birds Green, Willingale in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 340m northeast then southeast of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th April 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005/539671/02 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast broadband repair works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Birds Green, Millers Green Road, School Lane, Dunmow Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Old Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Cambridge Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on (14th March - 18th March 2022 (5 days) and again on the (21st March - 25th March 2022 (5 days), or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410153445RC -Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Old Road, Priory Avenue, Station Road, Cambridge Road, Station Approach or Old Road, Priory Avenue, Harts Road, Cambridge Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Theydon Grove, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Theydon Grove, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Stonards Hill to its other junction with Stonards Hill a distance of approximately 35m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-EPPINGV8133-FAL1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while toby box installation and ducting works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route available.
The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
