Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C56 (Part) Phillips Lane, Salisbury; from its junction with A345 in a Westerly direction; B) C294 (Part) High Post C56, Durnford; to the junction to C42 Woodford Bridge; C) C57 (Part) Camp Hill, Woodford; from its junction with A360 to its junction with C42; D) C283 (Part) Church Bottom, Woodford; from its junction with A360 to its junction with C42; E) C42 (Part), Woodford-South bound only; from its junction with Woodford Bridge; F) C56 (part) Phillips Lane, Salisbury-North bound only; from its junction with Stratford Bridge/Stratford Road to enable City of Salisbury Athletics and Running Club to carry out a road Running Race. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 03 April 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00 (noon) for one day. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely. SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Loosehanger (Part), Redlynch; from its junction with School Road to its junction with Bohemia Lane to enable BT to carry out access to communication equipment and associated works. Alternative route via Loosehanger (unaffected length) -Forest Road - Whiteshoot and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 06 April 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: B) C65 (Part), Bowerchalke; from outside of property known as Butts Cottage for approximately 70m in a north easterly direction to enable BT to carry out pole test and associated works. Alternative route via C65 (unaffected length) - C326 - C12 -C65 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 March 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. C) C262 (Part), Chute; from outside property known as The Old School House to its junction with Dummer Lane to enable Wessex Water to install new connection. Alternative route via C262 (unaffected length) - Hatchet Hill - C256 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 March 2022 and the closure will be required for 3 days. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
