REGULATION 25: FURTHER INFORMATION RESPECTING AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
I give notice that further information is available in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. On 14 June 2021, Eden LD Solar Ltd made an application for planning permission (Reference Number PL/2021/06100) to Wiltshire Council for: The installation of a solar farm of up to 49.9MW of generating capacity, comprising the installation of solar photovoltaic panels and associated infrastructure including customer cabin, customer substation, DNO substation and equipment, inverter and transformer substations, spare part container, associated battery storage, access tracks, fencing, security cameras, landscape planting and associated works at Land to the south of the M4 at Leigh Delamere, to the west of Leigh Delamere Motorway Services, Chippenham. The further information provided in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) is:
? A Technical Response in respect of the following issues: highways and transport, public rights of way, flood risk and drainage, heritage, landscape, biodiversity, noise, agricultural land and other matters as well as an addendum to the Environmental Statement. The submitted details include revised site location and layout plans, revised landscape and planting scheme, revised highway drawings and transport statement, revised Construction Traffic Management Plan, construction route and vehicle tracking drawings, updated ecological information, indicative cable route.
