PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is given that Pop-Up On The Hill ltd. has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Pop-Up On The Hill, Grange Hill, Wareham, BH20 5DF for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol and live music generally between the hours of 9:00amMonday-Sunday.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
