MrT Rajaretnam has appied to Cheshie West and Chester Council to vary the premises licence at JG Stores, 12 Greenbank Lane, Northwich CW8 1JG allow alcohcl sales 0600-2330 hours daily, late night refreshment until 2330 hours daily, and until 0000 hours on various special days. A copy of the particualrs is avalable for inspection at the Licensing Authority (see address below) Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm, except bank holidays. Any person may make written representations on this application to the Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way Ellesmere Port CH65 0BE no later than 29/3/22. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine which a person is liable on summary conviction for marking a false statement is level 5 fine on the standard scale.
