Premises Licence Application

NOTICE is hereby given that we, Nourish Natural Food Ltd Applied on 02/03/2022 for a New Premises License to Trafford Council in the premises known as: Smooch, Unit C, 1-3 Stamford New Road, Altrincham, Cheshire. WA14 1BD. Under the provisions of the licensing act 2003 for a license to provide: The sale of Alcohol between the hours of 10:00 and 21:30 Monday to Sunday. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may also do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: Licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
