Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Public Notice I, Ahmad Khalil Payar, have applied for the Variation of a Premises Licence for Chicago Pizza, 4 Hood Manor Shopping Centre, Warrington, WA5 1UH. The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: provision of late-night refreshment. The premises will offer late night refreshments on site and for takeaway up to 0500. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annexe, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. The application can also be viewed at the above address during office hours. Representations should be made by the following date: 4th April 2022. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
