Premises Licence Application

Michael Ford is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for 36 High Street, Uppermill, OL3 6HR The Licence if granted is to enable the Following Activities to take Place: Sale of alcohol on the premises and Sale of alcohol off the premises The Variation is to extend the current opening hours to 8am-12pm and extend the licenced hours for selling alcohol by 2 hours to 10am-11pm. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Oldham Council, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Oldham Council, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA. The application can be viewed 09.00 to 12.30 Monday and Friday 09.00 to 12.30 and 13.30 to 16.00 Tuesday to Thursday except bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
