ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14
THE A64 TRUNK ROAD (TADCASTER INGS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited has made an Order on the A64 Trunk Road, in the County of North Yorkshire, to enable vegetation clearance, barrier, bollard and signage works to be carried out in safety.
The works are expected to start on Monday 14 March 2022 for 13 nights, or until completed, and will take place between 8pm and 6am. The effect of the Order will be to close the A64 westbound exit slip road at the A162 Tadcaster Ings; during which times a suitably signed alternative route will be available. Traffic signs will indicate the extent of the prohibition (which will not apply to emergency service vehicles or vehicles being used in connection with the said works or for winter maintenance or traffic officer purposes).
