Notice is given thatBH4 GROUP LTD has applied to the BCP Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.Premises: NOODLE FOX' 59 SEAMOOR ROAD BOURNEMOUTH BH4 9AE. The proposed licence activities are: Sale of alcohol on & offthe premises 1200hrs - 2400hrs daily Late Night refreshment on & off the premises2300hrs - 2400hrs daily. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 30th March 2022. The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence of an unlimited fine of level 5 on the standard scale.
