RYEDALE DISTRICT COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE Premises Cross House Lodge, Owmen Field Lane, Harome, York YO62 5JP Notice is given that The Star Inn at Harome Ltd has applied to Ryedale District Council Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is: To extend the licensed area, to amend the conditions attached to the licence, to extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol and to include off sales of alcohol. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG. Representations must be received by the date below 31st March 2022 (Not to be less than 28 days, starting on the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority) The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
