LICENCING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that Ahalya Thirunavukkarasu has applied in respect of Sam News of 510 Wimborne Road East, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9NG for a vary Premises Licence under the Licencing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday - Sunday between 5.30am to 11.00pm. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
