Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence I Mohammed Imran Saleemi hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Big News & Mini Market, Located at 1352 London Road, Leigh on Sea, Essex, SS9 2UH. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are the extension of existing shop floor plan to increase the licensed area of the shop. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 24th March 2022. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
