Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Claire Fortson and John Elmes, hereby makes application for a Premises Licence in respect of: Heidi's Coffee & Eatery, 69 St Luke's Way, Runwell, SS11 7JJ. The proposed activity is: Selling Alcohol for Consumption on the Premises, Mon to Wed 12:00hrs to 22:00hrs, Thurs to Sun 12:00hrs to 11:00hrs. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Chelmsford City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 1JE. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected online at www.chelmsford.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence (level 5 on the standard scale).
