PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is given that Tesco Stores Limited has applied to Dorset Council for the grant of a new premises licence in respect of Tesco Express, 680, Dorchester Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5LD. If the application is granted, the following licensable activities are proposed to be carried on or from the premises:
- The sale by retail of alcohol (off the premises) on the following days: Monday-Sunday (06:00-00:00). And
- The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday (23:00-00:00).

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
