THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDERS
Notice is hereby given that the following Orders continues to be in force: -
THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH V98
(PART), ST LAWRENCE, ISLE OF WIGHT)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER NO 1 2021
is hereby given that the following Orders continues to be in force: -
The Isle of Wight Council gives notice that the Secretary of State for Transport has approved an extension of the above order until 7 December 2022 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier, no person shall cause any Pedestrian to proceed along part of Public Footpath V98 that is the beach access steps. During the period of closure there is no alternative route. The closure is necessary due to danger to the public (unsafe beach access steps).
THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH V65A
(PART), BONCHURCH LANDSLIP, ISLE OF WIGHT)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER NO 1 2021
The Isle of Wight Council gives notice that the Secretary of State for Transport has approved an extension of the above order until 9 December 2022 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier, no person shall cause any Pedestrian to proceed along part of part of Public Footpath V65a between its junctions with Public Footpaths V65c and V65d. During the period of closure, the alternative route is Public Footpath V65c, Leeson Road, Bonchurch Shute & Public Footpath V66/V65d. The closure is necessary due to danger to the public (landslip).
